Welcome
My CME Family,
Welcome to the 41st General Conference of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.
As we prepare for this historic gathering, I humbly seek your prayers and your vote.
Throughout my ministry, I have traveled across this Connectional Church, including the 10th Episcopal District and Jamaica, building meaningful relationships and listening to the concerns of God's people. I do not make empty promises. When I see a need, I work collaboratively to build teams, develop solutions, and create pathways for success.
Our church stands at a pivotal moment. Many of our congregations are experiencing decline while facing increasing demands and challenges. When pastors and leaders are asked about the greatest challenges confronting the church today, the first response is often apportionments. The second is the lack of support that leads to burnout among clergy and laity alike.
My CME family, these concerns deserve our attention. We possess the tools, talent, resources, and faith necessary to strengthen our churches and position them for growth and sustainability. Together, we can create solutions that empower congregations, support our leaders, and advance the mission of Christ.
Delegates to the 2026 General Conference, you hold the key to shaping the future of our beloved church. The question before us is simple: Do we continue with business as usual, or do we embrace opportunities for growth, innovation, and renewed commitment?
If you are ready for a leader who is:
Committed. Concerned. Compassionate.
If you are ready for a leader who seeks God's wisdom, listens to the people, values collaboration, and keeps the best interests of the church at heart, then I ask for your support.
I respectfully ask for your prayers and your vote.
Vote Diana Casteel for Bishop 2026.
My record speaks for itself, and my commitment to serving God's people remains steadfast.
May God continue to bless the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.
